  • What is your return policy?


    1. Return period

    You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The return period starts from the day you received the goods.

    2. Conditions for returns

    For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

    • The item must be in its original packaging.

    • Products that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, socks, undershirts, tank tops, tops, base layers, loungewear, nightwear) cannot be returned unless they have defects.

    3. Return procedure

    To initiate a return, please send us an email to reklamation@dkm-clothing.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will then inform you of all further steps.

    4. Return costs

    The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we have sent you the wrong item.

    5. Refunds

    Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation via email. If the return is accepted, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.

    6. Exceptions

    The following products are excluded from return: • Personalized items • Custom-made items • Vouchers • Reduced items (unless defective)

    7. Exchange

    If you would like to exchange an item, for example for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

    8. Damaged or faulty items

    If the item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will then send you a replacement or refund the purchase amount.
